Hola Adios
Right here in Southern California, Spanish words are part of our culture. We live on streets called El Camino Real, have schools named Estancia and call towns like Costa Mesa home. Most Californians knows a little Spanish, right? “Hola” and “Adios” are familiar to many and often used in conversation. A friendly greeting—a sendoff. Hello. Goodbye.
But the coffee culture starts at the other end of the world. Hola Adios is inspired by the travels of the green buyers that source the coffees we serve—gone for weeks at a time, living simply and visiting coffee farmers in North, Central and South America. We want to capture the nomadic spirit that draws people to travel to lesser known destinations—a sense of adventure and discovery, a picturesque landscape, or the chance to experience a new culture and meet new friends.
So while our name is from near and far, our hope is that Hola Adios Coffeeshops are warm, worldly and inviting to you.
