I am sure it happens to everyone.

Do you ever turn your cell phone off?

To reboot? Just kidding!! Yes, I turn off my phone, especially outdoors.

If money were no object (for purchase and maintenance), what dream car would you like to own?

Reliable and dependable sport coupe, preferably black or midnight blue. Toyota GR Supra hybrid is my current interest. I like it dark blue, I think it's called Stratosphere.

When were you last on a train, and where did it take you?

Yesterday. It's the faster transportation here

Do you own a teapot?

Yes. It's a part of a tea set.

Are there valances above any of your windows?

Sort of, and contemporary. Just on the kitchen windows.

Is there any wallpaper in your home?

No, but I am toying with that idea.

What is our favorite restaurant chain, and what do you like to order there?

No chains. I like Mediterranean/Middle Eastern buffet, sushi/sashimi and spicy Asian food.

No, that sounds yucky!
Do you ever turn your cell phone off?
Yes, if I'm in a situation where a ringing phone would be inappropriate, i.e. in a theater or at a doctor's office. I also have it scheduled for Do Not Disturb overnight.
If money were no object (for purchase and maintenance), what dream car would you like to own?
I prefer not to drive expensive cars because I live in the city, but I wouldn't mind having a small crossover EV.
When were you last on a train, and where did it take you?
If municipal light rail lines count, it was about three or four weeks ago when I rode the Muni Metro downtown. The last full size passenger train I traveled on was Amtrak in the early 1990s, from Portland to Seattle.
Do you own a teapot?
Yes, I do. It has a chipped spout, and I keep meaning to replace it.
Are there valances above any of your windows?
Yes, in the bedroom.
Is there any wallpaper in your home?
No wallpaper. The previous occupants had stapled pink and lavender flowered sheets to the wall in one bedroom with matching sheets made into drapes. It looked awful, and we tore it all out the day we got the keys to the house.
What is our favorite restaurant chain, and what do you like to order there?
I like Burgerville, although they don't have any restaurants here - only in Oregon and southwest Washington State.

Do you ever turn your cell phone off? Rarely turn it on. We're landline landlocked in our home all the time. There's a phone in every room.

If money were no object (for purchase and maintenance), what dream car would you like to own? Lamborghini.

When were you last on a train, and where did it take you? About 30 years ago in Australia on a tour somewhere in a rainforest region.

Do you own a teapot? Probably one packed away somewhere.

Are there valances above any of your windows? Kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms.

Is there any wallpaper in your home? Thankfully no.

What is our favorite restaurant chain, and what do you like to order there? No favorites. Haven't been to one in years. We primarily go to our favorite mom & pop cafe.

When were you last on a train, and where did it take you? Sunday, and it took me from one terminal to another in Tampa International Airport.

Are there valances above any of your windows? No, but I wish there were. I used to have them.

Is there any wallpaper in your home? Not anymore.

What is our favorite restaurant chain, and what do you like to order there? Red Lobster, and my favorite thing might be white sangria, or twin lobster tails, or any combo with shrimp, crab, and lobster. Or a dozen other things I can think of. I hope they don't go bankrupt.

Went to Beyond Bread in Tucson a few yrs ago. I forget what they called it but they had a pocket filled with chicken, lettuce, apples, almonds and dried cranberries and a cidery sauce. I could live on that.

Have you ever been walking outdoors and accidentally inhaled a flying insect? I had one little one fly in my nose once.

Do you ever turn your cell phone off? It's always off until I need to use it for an outgoing call or I'm checking for texts or voicemail or getting rid of my blocked spam, usually at night. I use my tablet the way most people use their phones for the Internet.

If money were no object (for purchase and maintenance), what dream car would you like to own? I need a car that's low to the ground so no SUVs or trucks or high sedans. Dream car is irrelevant if I can't step up into it.

When were you last on a train, and where did it take you? It's more than 20 years. It (above ground and subway) took me to work in DC, when I worked downtown at one location and near the Capitol (above ground only) at a different location. For two other locations I drove. Edit: I forgot I took a brief train tour before I moved here and another in western North Carolina. Both were 2006.

Are there valances above any of your windows? No

Is there any wallpaper in your home? No

What is our favorite restaurant chain, and what do you like to order there? I really like Olive Garden but there is none near me so it's Outback (steak, broccoli or asparagus, mashed potatoes) or (pork chops, sweet potato and broccoli or asparagus), or (barbecued ribs and mac and cheese). I usually get whatever I order to go. Prices have gone through the roof and if there is a strike at the ports, up and down the east coast, it's going to get worse. Think I will stock up on food today in case they strike.

In 2012 in Germany. From a city to another one, for a short distance, something like an hour trip or so.

No.

What is our favorite restaurant chain, and what do you like to order there?
None. There was one that I liked: Souplantation. They closed all the locations (almost 100) in May 2020. Were specialized in salads, soups and light healthy food. All you can eat buffet style. I miss it.

When were you last on a train, and where did it take you? - The Washington, DC Metro. I went to a WNBA basketball game.

Do you own a teapot? - Not a tea drinker.

Is there any wallpaper in your home? - There isn't.

What is our favorite restaurant chain, and what do you like to order there? - Either Bonefish Grill, Outback (both for lobster), or LongHorn Steakhouse (chicken breast, broccoli).

About 1-2 times per year each.
