Each course will pay tribute to a legendary woman chef. The menu will weave in pairings from exceptional, award-winning spirits and wines that are owned by women and/or have been crafted by women. This inspirational tasting menu highlights the acumen, talents, and creativity of women within gastronomic culture, our community, and in our personal lives. Proceeds from each seat will be donated to the Women's Business Council-Southwest, which is a nonprofit that provides resources to uplift women-entrepreneurs.
