We drive quality by making all of our doughs in house. Slice only has two certified dough makers. Meaning, no matter where or when you eat our pizza, the dough was made by one of those two people.
Slice co-owner, Matthew Gillett, went through an intensive 5 day course to become certified in Scuola Italiana Pizzailoli. He understands the science, ingredients, and techniques necessary to make the best pizza in the world.
